“I found Light heart on my Facebook page and filled out the information and was excited that they took my insurance and they got back to me very quickly. I absolutely recommend Chris as a psychiatrist he has a very caring heart and he is very good at what he does. He has worked very hard at trying to help manage my panic attacks, ptsd and some other's. He won't stop until he can get the desired treatment for your specific case. He has a very gental heart and good listener I actually cant enough about him all in this message. The receptionist at the front desk are very polite and will assist you as much as possible. I would say they're pretty good at their job and they do go out of their way to try to figure things out if anything does arise so I would definitely recommend all together Light Heart Mental Health the best care that I have ever received and that is not just me trying to earn brownie points it is me telling me absolute truth I have suffered for a very long time and finding somebody who would take me in pretty much right away and take the time to care for me and be respectful something that you don't find everyday. “My children look forward to seeing Kristal every week. Even my middle child was accepted to join their sessions. She was light of the week for my kids to now being told through email, “she left immediately” isn’t ideal at all. This space was suppose to be safe place to where my children are receiving the help they deserve to now getting a email full of lies and then expecting us to return. They are not professional, not caring of the those that remain loyal or continue to put in the work, to where now we weren’t even transferred with Kristal and left to figure out on our own. I know they will be devastated however just as Kristal tells me “you have to adjust in life!””

“Unsure of where the central office is but I spoke to intake specialist Jeremy today. He was extremely personable and patient. It’s rare (from my experience) to speak to male customer service reps in healthcare but more rare for the amazing service and level of understanding and compassion he shared doing my son’s intake. If this isn’t the central office please make sure to share with his clinic! Good customer service is so refreshing.”
