“I accompanied my cousin to this clinic for ADHD-related concerns, and the experience was disappointing. The visit felt rushed and disorganized, with communication that seemed more focused on charging for testing than completing a thorough psychiatric evaluation. My cousin was told she needed TOVA testing, costing $350 cash because insurance would not cover it, and that the ADHD assessment could not be completed without it. This required her to use her last available money. The provider, Agnes Maramba, seemed to strongly focus on a bipolar diagnosis even though my cousin reported ADHD symptoms, prior ADHD treatment, and no history of manic episodes. The appointment did not feel like a comprehensive psychiatric assessment. Afterward, my cousin was placed on medication that made her feel depressed, tired, and worse. Additionally, my cousin reported that the provider asked for a 5-star Google review after the visit, which felt inappropriate given the power imbalance in healthcare. The front desk was not helpful, and overall organization was poor. We later found a different provider who listened and completed a proper assessment. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this clinic.”
