What patients say on Google

“Caution!! This company has limited therapists, will split your care between different portals and providers. They secretly will bill $100 for any missed appointment or appointment not cancelled within 48hrs. This was supposed to be a supportive environment for my 14 year old daughter to receive ADHD treatment. She struggled with the different portals, resulting in a missed visit costing me $100. She later says she doesn’t like her counselor, feels they are demeaning and lacked tools to help her problem solve ways to manage her anxiety. When she emailed to cancel, Terry Foytech did not say “If you cancel now I’ll have to bill you another $100”. Instead cancelled the appointment the day before, and sent me a bill the day the appointment was scheduled for $100. We would have attended the appointment if we had the option. Of course this is all in the fine print, why would any staff person mention this when we were on the phone. It really sounds like they are more for profit, rather than creating community and support for people who need mental health services. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.”

“I waited months for an appointment back in October. My appointment was cancelled the morning of. My partner & I both took off work because he was my “collateral”. I understand that things might happen (although it sounds like from the other reviews patients get consequences for canceling but yall can do it to patients no problem). My issue is that I was just completely forgotten about. No one tried to get me back in or make it a priority to get me rebooked. I’m struggling again & having to start the process of finding care all over again. I WISH I got help back in October & was further along. It’s DEFEATING. But maybe I dodged a bullet.”

“Catherine Rockwood is brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. She’s knowledgeable, empathetic, and profoundly helpful treating my mental health issues. i would recommend her to anybody, including those who think their mental health is already “fine.” Everybody would benefit from her help.”

“I appreciate the comfortable atmosphere I have with my therapist. I feel i can talk to him without me feeling like he is going to judge me. Never feel that way. Thank you!”
