“I have binu and have officially had my first appointment. My appointments kept getting canceled due to one of my insurances ending and they didn’t know if my other switched to primary and to call pacific source and ask for a reference number and when I did they had no idea what a reference number was and would try to find out and that once one insurance ends the other automatically is primary. I told the office that and they got confused and had to cancel my appointment and schedule it a week later for when my insurance was primary... Now binu wanted some blood tests done and I missed the og call where they stated they needed to know what lab I prefer so they could send it there. Then she messaged me the portal saying I missed her call and to call back giving what lab I prefer so they can send it. When I called back they said I have the documents and to go to a lab show them the documents and they’ll do it. I have pacific source and for the last 29 years Salem clinic look my labs. They don’t take my insurance. So I had a severe panic attack. Called back begging and crying for them to send it to a lab that takes pacific source. Binu is amazing truly. But if the office staff is giving me panic attacks I’m going to have to find something else forcibly. I don’t want to it’s hard finding medication doctors. I wish I had all the other reviews experiences why does this happen to me.. Chantel sherwood call was on Tuesday may 19th 2026 from 8:30 - 9:30am.”
