“I've been visiting this office for at least a year consistently and they have really been on top of things and understanding. I recently had a visit with a nurse practitioner that wasn't great and I had to reach out and let them know. They got back to me within 24 hours to resolve the issue. Dr abunaw will go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. He also is very informative and very educated about the medications so if you ever have any questions please ask him don't hesitate. Thank you tassel health! We don't live in a perfect world and there's no perfection anywhere. So yes I did have an issue because I didn't see Dr abunaw I was seeing nurse practitioners and they were all great besides one. I'm not going to mess that up for the whole team. As a whole tasselhealth is awesome!! They will meet you where you're at so make sure to explain your needs and they will make sure your needs get met. I am a happy patient and I would not rather be any other clinic than this one!”

“Dr. Abunaw missed two appointments in a row with no explanation. Was still sent multiple appointment reminders prior to both appointments. Edit: His office rescheduled for a third time, and yet again he has missed the appointment without an explanation and I was still sent multiple reminder texts. Nobody has bothered to apologize or offer an explanation. I’ve been trying to see him since mid March and it is now almost the end of June. I recommend seeking care elsewhere if you’re able to.”
