“My experience with Colby Pacheco was deeply disappointing. Over an extended period of time, the communication often felt dismissive, rude, and unnecessarily aggressive. There was a noticeable lack of empathy, and genuine concerns frequently seemed to be met with little patience or understanding. A psychiatric provider should make patients feel heard, respected, and safe enough to be honest. Unfortunately, that was not the experience here. Being talked over, having concerns dismissed, and feeling like there was little interest in actually listening made it increasingly difficult to feel comfortable or trust the care being provided. After a significant amount of time, the overall experience left a very negative impression. Mental health care requires compassion and empathy—not just medication management.”

“So far the people setting thang up don't know how to listen to what people are telling them I told them exactly what I needed and they chose to give me an appointment for something they could not help me with so I called back after getting disconnected from an appointment after 3 minutes and paying for i got passed around a few people and when I say passed around I mean put back in a hold Cory for 15 minutes to get somebody that had nothing to do with what I was calling for before some nice lady decided that I did need the help I'm asking for and I guess we'll see I have another appointment but if they don't get it right I'm out I will find somebody that will listen and not charge me for an appointment that I don't need although it was refunded after the fact I had to cause a fuss to get my money back”
