“Honestly my mom went here to speak to a psychiatrist which was the point for this appointment and nobody corrected her that the place wasn’t seeing a psychiatrist. They were disgustingly rude to my mom. She meets HEATHER the pain management and she also didn’t explain who she was to my mom also incredibly disgustingly rude. My mom talked to her about very personal things, she acted cold, didn’t care, and after told my mom she isn’t a psychiatrist. Then Miss Heather, tells my mom she is addicted to a medication she takes but she barely takes because she doesn’t have enough. So she tries to stretch them out unless she’s in pain. Also, miss heather asked my mom very personal questions acting like a psychiatrist but really is pain management. This place is absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful, and disgustingly rude. Please do not go here. They lie and do not care about you. They’re just there for the money. Please do not go here! You have better luck somewhere else. There’s a reason they have low stars !! Disgusting place. And no, I saw your reply. My mom went here this passed Monday. Check yourself before saying I got the wrong place.”

“My son's doctor, Dr Mckinney, addiction doctor.. my son has been addicted to fentanyl for fourteen years. He has tried multiple treatment programs and has done suboxone, and sublacaide, they both worked well for him. He has seen doctor Mckinney on multiple occasions. He went to her. To get a prescription for suboxone while waiting for the order of sublacaide to come in. SO he would not have to suffer through withdraws before getting on the sublicade.. This is an extremely common practice done by addiction Specialists. She refused after he asked multiple times she.Yelled at him because his urine drug screen was positive for fentanyl. Gee imagine that. A drug user coming to get help and their drug screen was positive. What did she expect him to be clean in order to get clean? I'm really disgusted at her lack of empathy/ knowledge . All she did was complain about him,his drug use.stating" she will give him 1 more chance". Because we all know drug addicts always get it right.The first time.. She's supposedly an expert in the field. And when you try to call this place, it rings and rings, and then hangs up.That's how much you mean to them. I am going to file a formal complaint with the board of medicine against doctor mckinney. Stop complaining and jet do you job. You are a disservice to anyone who wants to get clean.”

“The surprise location is very nice ! When you walk in you’re greeted by the office staff who are so nice and know how to make you feel comfortable especially if you are a new patient. The office itself is stunning with almost a spa like feel and they even have coffee and tea for patients while they wait. The doctors are also just as friendly as the atmosphere making the overall experience very pleasing. If you’re looking for a stress free experience and great staff I recommend coming here!”

“Compassionate group of employees! From the moment we arrived at the desk, Makayla and Larissa are there to greet you. Very personable staff it makes me forget why we’re coming to Sahara for. This is not our first experience visiting this type of clinic. I saw a big difference in the way they treat their patients and loved ones.
