What patients say on Google
“Took my daughter here for TMS as recommended by her physchiatrist. It is final day for 7 weeks now and she is starting to feel a lot better from her depression and other anxieties and OCD she has. Staff here have all been great! Its like a family. Special shout out to Heidi the MA who has been awesome to her and has been a great help to her progress! Will recommend this place to others who may want to consider TMS. Laura, David, Patricia have also all been awesome! Like a family...will be sad to say goodbye to them. It will be a bitter sweet experience for my daughter. She feels happier and thats all that counts!”
“Laura is great. Our first session was really different from a lot of the psychiatric appointments I've had before. She really took the time to listen to me and think outside of the box in terms of what was going on with me, as opposed to dismissing my symptoms or rushing the appointment and just prescribing me whatever. I recommend her!”
“My daughter was seeing a therapist in Phoenix that told me that she needed to see someone else that can prescribe medication. I agreed with her about seeing someone else but not the medication. I found GenHealth and set an appointment with Rhashanna. My daughter's last appointment with Rhashanna was in May and now she's the happiest teen. No medication was needed. Thank you so much!!”
“The process of becoming a new patient is unnecessarily difficult. There is little to no communication from any staff and there is no way to speak directly to someone when contacting the office. I’m sure it’s a breeze when you become a patient but the amount holes to jump through to even get in the door is not ideal for any person who is needing psychiatric care. Maybe a doctors referral gets you in easier? This is not the office to seek when you feel you are beginning to slip into a dangerous mental state. This is not referring to severely unstable, but even someone who is being proactive in their mental care and needing additional medical help. The 7-10 days of silence is torture for anyone trying to do the right thing for themselves and family members. This review comes 17 days after sending insurance card images to begin the process. I received an email about an appointment 17 days later that had already been scheduled without my consent or even a call to see if the day and time worked. Office mistake or not, the texting and email experience has been unprofessional and passive.”
