“Can’t get through to the phone at all, all emails are ignored or misunderstood when it’s clear communication.The front staff don’t do their jobs, they stand in the front laughing instead of calling the pharmacy like they need to. If you want to be out of your medicine for a whole month while the staff doesn’t care come here. I’ll be reporting them to my insurance and medical board.”

“I got to say after reading all of these reviews I'm very nervous having started to go here from switching from several other clinics to here now. You guys do not have very many good reviews, and I certainly would hate to be in a state of where I needed a medication refill or somebody to talk to or to make an appointment and I couldn't because of whatever the reason. Your reviews make this a very nervous transition for me. You say that people's reviews help you guys do better, but why does this location keep getting bad reviews?”
