As a Christ follower I was hesitant to engage in ketamine treatment, but I researched and visited several clinics in my area and settled on Revitalize Clinic. I met with Casey and appreciated his low key, relational, medical approach. Easy to talk to while presenting information. Listened well. What ketamine treatments have done for me is allow me to drop my guard down, come out of fight or flight. Along with prayer and seeking the Lord’s wisdom I appreciate how ketamine helped me take my next steps with my therapist. I use it as material or “fodder” for therapy because I can finally reach and express hidden and buried feelings that kept me locked into depression. I also found the free groups that are offered by the clinic very helpful with integration afterwards too. They provide a great opportunity for support and insight.
