“So the scheduling system sucks. And communication via text messages suck. The first appointment was rescheduled by them without asking me, then second time it got rescheduled because the time that they picked was when residents not available. Finally got to see psychiatrist and was good. Then the next visit was rescheduled automatically and I was informed by text message that it was because insurance was out of network. When I called to find out why, they said the doctor rescheduled it. I had to reschedule to a different time that worked. The guy on other end of phone had no idea about insurance and said the “verification” team would contact me about insurance! Then I get a text messsage saying the appointment is canceled and no appointment is scheduled! So I think this is enough to drive a person insane! Which is contradictory to what these people are supposed to help!! Give it a 3 star”

“Besides the appointment issue due to new ownership, some Doctors are very rude to their own staff i notice one of them rolling their eyes at a front desk nurse when she was simply trying to do her job...i dont know if these "Doctors" are just doing an internship or what! Switching over to kaiser at least they keep it more professional and they dont have attitude!!!”

“They gaslight the heck out of you in various ways. They ask for CC info to log in and confirm an appointment. No CC info, no appointment. They don't ask for insurance info. Stay away from these people.”
