It was easy to set up my first appointment and the booking/check-in process is quick and easy. All my needs, like med management as well, can be accomplished under one roof, really helps in staying on top of things.”

“My two daughters and I have been going to see wonderful therapists here for 1.5 years. Apparently, billing just got started and is charging me thousands of dollars for the first month. I talked to “Comfort” on the phone and she was very unhelpful. Then I talked to “charity” on the phone and she explained what was happening but said there was no way to fix it and nobody higher than her to talk to. I was stuck with it. Period. Now I am looking for lawyers. Update: after a week, no one from billing has called me. They say I owe 3 k for my first three months of therapy even though I already paid thousands in copays. They are even trying to bill me for when I had Medicaid! This therapy was 1.75 years ago! A therapist called me and repeatedly told me she was calling me to “mitigate the damage”. I told her I was a human, not a problem to be mitigated. Unless you want to end up with financial, legal, and psychological problems, don’t go here.”

“Loretta hit the nail on the head when she prescribed my daughter her new medication. Her behaviors have improved considerably. She was very knowledgeable about all the different medications . I recommend taking notes because these therapists have lots of useful information to share. Thank you Loretta”

“Absolutely do not use. Nothing but machines. First the Dr did nothing but ask questions from her computer. She did not listen to my son address questions or even look up from her computer. I could have gotten a better “diagnosis” from an internet test. Then I asked about getting records for his primary Dr. she gave me a number to call. That call was a phone tree that finally led to a woman who was again just reading prompts. When I asked clarifying questions she would simply repeat herself and add “per company policy” to the beginning. I would have had better luck with a parrot. Still do not have my son’s records. Absolute waste of time and money”
