Axis Integrated Mental Health - Denver Tech Center TMS and Ketamine

“It's been so difficult to get set up for Spravato treatment. Three years ago I had Spravato treatment at the Louisville location and everything went quite well, but not this time. The Louisville location was quite booked up for an intake appointment so Kenneth got me a telehealth intake appointment with Carrie Karr at the Denver Tech. Center location. I told him that I wanted the Spravato treatment at the Louisville location because it was much closer. The appointment with Carrie Karr went well and near the end of the appointment I made her aware that I want the Spravato treatments at the Louisville location. I also made her aware that I'm on medicare and she noted that Louisville is where I should go anyway because they accept medicare. Ten days have passed and I haven't heard anything so I called the Denver Tech location to get an update on the Spravato approval process. I talked to Kenneth again and he transferred me to Steven. I questioned Steven if he was really at the Louisville clinic because there was a dog barking in the background. He said yes. Steven tells me I have to start the entire process over again because talking to an intake person at one location doesn't qualify for getting Spravato treatment at another location within Axis Integrated Mental Health. So now I wait another week to talk to someone at the Louisville clinic. My message to Carrie Karr is: you should have known this right from the get go. My message to Kenneth is: get more organized. My message to Steven is: don't lie to me. Put your dog elsewhere when you're working from home. And my most important message is to the owner of Axis Integrated Mental Health: Put more effort into your business as people like myself need the services you offer but experiences like this only cause more depression.”

“This place has been no help. They have repeatedly lied to and gaslit me over the past 6 months. They ignored every request I made. The phone number in their emails leads to a place in Oregon. They are so disorganized that apparently they dropped me from service and never bothered to tell me. In the time I wasn't in their service apparently I even tried to reach out to schedule and get medications. At no point did anyone tell me I was dropped from service. The bad part is that I'm not even sure why I'm being dropped or what I need to do. The only thing I know is that Carrie Karr declared me "untreatable", despite me offering up at least 4 possibilities for treatment. If you value your mental health go anywhere else. I will be filing a complaint and potentially taking this to court. This is an unacceptable way to treat traumatized mental patients.”
