The staff is wonderful and the receptionists are very good of helping you get appointments set up. As for a psychiatrist Christie is the best. “Warning : This office’s billing system is dangerously predatory. My mother was charged three separate times for the exact same invoice. Despite providing proof of payment and explaining the error, she was repeatedly told she still owed the balance. Most disturbingly, the office threatened to cancel her psychiatry appointments if she didn't pay again. Knowing how vital her mental healthcare is, they used her health as leverage to collect money she didn't owe. This isn't just a 'clerical error' it is financial exploitation of a patient. Also , today my mother had an experience at this office that was unprofessional, disorganized, and frankly, predatory. She took an entire day off work for a scheduled appointment, only to be told she 'canceled' it. ​ Despite having digital proof, a screenshot of the confirmation email clearly showing the date and time the office refused to honor the appointment or admit their system error. Worse yet, they had the audacity to charge her a 'cancellation fee' for an appointment she was literally standing in their lobby trying to attend. ​This office clearly prioritizes collecting fees over patient care or basic administrative accountability. To ignore a patient's documented proof of an appointment and then penalize them financially for the office's own mistake is unacceptable. We will be reporting this to the better business bureau and insurance. If you value your time, your wages, and your sanity, find a doctor’s office that actually respects its patients.”
