“I thoroughly enjoyed my visit with NP Lovelyne Joseph. Although I knew I needed to visit, I was feeling apprehensive beforehand and almost talked myself out of the going. I’m glad I decided against my fears. Lovelyne was very thorough with her line of questioning and once our visit concluded, I felt her diagnosis and recommendations were spot on b/c they were things I’d heard in the past but she was able to explain a deeper reasoning behind her suggestions, that resonated. Nevertheless, I left the appointment looking forward to what’s to come… something I haven’t felt in a while. I’d highly recommend booking with her if you in search of help/understanding.”

“Did not care for her as a provider. I tried for almost a year but I don’t feel like we connected. It was a challenge to open up to her and that never changed bc she never made me comfortable. I felt that she either wasn’t listening or wasn’t reviewing her notes bc she kept asking about the same thing every single session. She kept blaming my fatigue on that thing despite me telling her that that was not the cause multiple times. It was frustrating bc it affected my care plan and medication! I found myself dreading sessions with her bc I didn’t feel heard. 2 stars instead of 1 bc I am choosing to believe that my bad experience is due to our personality differences and not a reflection on her ability to do her job”
