“Honestly I was so nervous before my appointment, from the moment I walked through the doors and was greeted by the staff I felt like I had stepped into a safe, calm, secure space. Actually to be more accurate I felt pretty encouraged from my very first phone call as well. The ladies at the front desk greeted me professionally and warmly and immediately my stress level dropped dramatically. I spent the next 2 plus hours with her and her staff and never once felt rushed or stressed. When talking with Dr. Giles about my past health history, not just mental health history, she immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable sharing everything with her without judgement just concern and curiosity. In my opinion this was by far the most in-depth health screening, psychologically speaking, that I have ever had. I felt she had read all of my pre appointment information and was able to bring that information into the meeting and dig deeper. I am so excited to begin my journey with her and her team. I came home and shared with my family about my experience. What I shared with them was that for the first time, in many years, that I feel excited and hopeful that I will feel some relief for the anxiety, depression and ptsd that I have lived with for most of my entire life.
