“My two daughters and I have used Lifestance, and it was good until it wasn’t. Unfortunately, the missed-appointment charges and strict cancellation grace period really changed our experience. There seemed to be very little understanding or flexibility, especially for families already dealing with financial difficulties. Because of this, we will be looking for another psychiatry/therapy provider. I truly feel this company needs to do better, particularly at the Atlanta and Sandy Springs locations.”
