“You previously asked me to review my booking experience with your organization. I chose to do it privately, since I'm not usually out to embarrass places I still do business with. Now you're asking me to review my booking experience again. But you haven't changed anything. Ok, you asked for it! When you call to schedule an appointment with a LifeStance provider, you're advised to hang up and log onto the website for "faster scheduling". However, once you're on the website and find the scheduling section, you'll see that's it's inoperable. So much for faster! Instead, you leave the site annoyed at having wasted your time and at having been lied to. You then call the number again, choose options that don't quite match what you're calling for, then you eventually get to a staff member who will schedule what you need. The system and options are not straightforward. Being told to hang up, schedule on a website that you can't schedule on, then having to call back is incredibly unprofessional. But you've already been given that feedback. And you didn't change a thing.”
