“Fantastic people, fantastic service, fantastic atmosphere. Been coming here for treatment for just over a year. The folks working here are all so kind and caring. Great place for treatment resistant depression. The only treatment that has been effective for me. Wouldn't go anywhere else. ♡”
“I have never felt the need to write a negative review on google, nor have I sought out to write a review unless asked, but I actually felt the need to express my feelings and experience with Este in hopes that no one else has to go through with such a disappointing experience. I can’t speak for the rest of the Goodwin team…. Unfortunately after setting up an appointment I got set up with Este, it was my first time going here and they happened to move offices that day and I wasn’t told until I showed up at the old office, which wasn’t a big deal but it was a little strange they didn’t let me know ahead of time.. Anyway my first time meeting Este she made me feel really uncomfortable and would ask me questions and NOT listen to anything I said, the second I started talking she would immediately cut me off by saying , “yeah” “okay” “okay” “yeah “ as though she didn’t want me to finish my sentence lol literally I’m not exaggerating as I’m literally talking she would simultaneously say “yeah” “yeah” “okay” while shaking her head yes… it was odd….(( Side note I went there to get back on medication I’ve been on for 20 years)) anyway she wanted me to get labs and stuff before putting me back on the medication so I did that the very next day and waited for our follow up. 2 weeks later…. I’ve been looking forward to this day for a long time and I come in the front lobby where there is a sign saying to “”please be seated and wait till the doctor comes to get you””… I’m sitting there an it’s been 20 minutes past our appointment and I can hear her in her office she’s been on the phone with Walmart the whole time doing something pharmacy related so I’m patiently waiting…ironically there was another guy in there waiting too so when his doctor popped in to check on him she tells me Este should be there any minute, and she goes to her office and whispers to Este…. I’m assuming telling her to hurry up… she still took another 6-8 minutes… now let me just say I was in a great mood I was just happy this day finally came with how long this process takes… so even though she made me wait I didn’t care she was busy no big deal… but then when she finally did come get me, she didn’t apologize for making me wait she actually looked me right in my face and SHE BLAMED ME!!!!! FOR BEING QUIET!!!! ??? What the what!? Ok ok it’s ok I’m going to look past that and get to the appointment…. So basically she said my labs were good my UA was clean but my blood pressure was above normal even though I have high blood pressure and take medication regularly that was her reason to hold off on prescribing me medication again so we now are making a 3rd appointment 3weeks later… my mom thinks that she is making like a couple grand each appointment so that’s why she was prolonging prescribing me it cuz then she would only get to see me 1 a month so less $$ for her and I didn’t believe it until I went to the third appointment and she still didn’t want to prescribe it to me I ended up walking out of that last appointment because she was extremely unprofessional and didn’t even want to listen to me. Anyway I went to beyond behavior health and my first appointment I got back on my old medication. Shout out to them!”
“Just starting out with this practice, we already have problems. Este, does not listen to parents, she cuts them off after asking them a question not giving them the opportunity to answer, she schedules things and demands. I was told my child had to be seen in person within 14 days of starting the new med. I explained that, on that very day I had a procedure and would have to do Uber for her so it would be difficult. She insisted and said she would keep us an open window from 315 to 330 to check in. At 3:11 este left me a voicemail indicating we were late! I called and the front desk confirmed check in was 315. My child got there at 315 to be scolded, resulting in her lashing out at home, and running not taking the Uber home. The Uber driver then got angry at me because she wasnt there. This is unacceptable and unprofessional all the way around. Then there's the fact that este herself does not deal with insurance. She wants you to do all the footwork with prior authorizations when you cant. Very rough start with this facility. I wanted support for my child and it feels like its a rotating door of patients and they have no real time to work with you.”
“I haven't been going to the clinic for very long, but long enough to know I'm very pleased with Emily. She is so caring and compassionate! I feel so comfortable around her and Nick as well.”
