“I have been a patient for 3 years and all of my appointments have been virtual for medication management. I moved to a new state (not the first time) and had to switch providers again. Spoke to a Jamiah and she told me I couldn’t do virtual appointments unless it’s for ADHD and this isn’t a new thing. I tried to explain I have been seeing a provider for my needs for 3 years and literally just had my virtual appointment this morning… she was talking over me and wouldn’t let me explain. She was so rude and hung up on me. She shouldn’t be dealing with patients and not sure how she has a job here. I have never had an issue until today. I hope if you call you do not have to speak with this lady. To add - I spoke to another very nice girl and she got me scheduled quickly with a Telehealth appointment like I’ve always had. So glad she knew what she was doing because Jamiah did not :)”

“Dr. Sayyar is the BEST! Kind and supportive. I moved states and struggled with transitioning care upon arrival, but Dr. Sayyar stepped in to assist promptly with time-sensitive issues. The physical office is difficult to get a hold of via phone, but for me, that’s far outweighed by seeing a provider that genuinely understands”

“Made a much needed mental health appointment to speak to Tamara Thorne about depression, anxiety, & adhd. The next day, I get a text saying the appointment was canceled. When I called, the receptionist says they canceled my appointment because they ASSUMED I needed to be tested & that was all the appointment was for. I guess they ignored THE DEPRESSION part of my intake forms. They never picked up the phone to get clarification just canceled. When I called back & was told that reason, they rescheduled me. Fast forward to today, my appointment was canceled again. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a doctors office. This appointment was a call out for help & when it comes to mental health, to handle patients with such a lack of care should be CRIMINAL! I would never recommend this office & scheduling staff to someone who is struggling with mental health & needs help. I am disgusted with how my appointment has been handled. DO BETTER!!!!!”
