What patients say on Google
“I’ve had a really bad experience with doctors in the past, but Andrew Boggs has been the first psychiatric provider of my adult life that I feel comfortable placing in charge of my medications. Andrew is well-read on each of my diagnoses and seemed immediately more familiar with my meds then other providers were. I can appreciate how he doesn’t just blindly follow a MDD treatment algorithm, and instead matches approaches that fit for specific types of patients. I’ve also had the privilege of being seen by Dr. David Samuels who is the head of DPS. Both are great clinicians that care about treating patients with treatment resistant depression and other conditions”
“Giving 3 stars for the office manager. When questioned about billing for a 3 min call to be over 200 as established patient I now have to pay at every visit. Each month a different price. One month I tried to pay what I owed and was told it was less, they were wrong. Appointment today and wanting me to pay more than last month for a 2 min call. Dr is great and helping me, staff not so much. Don’t mind paying but get the amounts correct!”
“To think providers take an oath when they go to medical school to just not care about patients is just straight sad. To think that people can work in a mental health organization and not care about their patients is even worse. My son was seen 3 times and 3 times I felt unheard, 3 times the provider was unorganized unfocused and couldnt even look me in the eye when talking to me. 3 times I drove an hr there just to get no information but a provider got a paycheck. I couldnt get any explanation any assistance. The last time I went there was the last becuase a Healthcare provider decided she wanted to give my son a medication that was NOT approved for his age causing the insurance to deny for this reason. I didnt want to medicate my child I wanted support. I called the office multiple times to speak to a manager I got 1 phone call from a support staff not even the manager and guess what showed empthany only to shut me up told me I would get a call from either herself of the manager to further discuss and review and never did. I called back left voicemail and still till this day over a month has pass and I yet have received a call back on what the next steps for my child is. It's hard to think so many struggle with mental health but to not have support is even worse. My son saw Rocksan Moss PA and never again will I trust her with my son. DPS thank you for showing your lack of compassion , a child cannot find for themselves but as a parent I will”
“The worst company I have ever dealt with. Refused to speak to me after Andrew changed my medication and I had questions and concerns I needed immediate answers to. After 4 days of leaving messages I was told to wait another week for an appointment or go to the Emergency Room. Truly horrible experience. Find anyone else.”
