I felt really safe and they even walked me out to make sure I didn’t fall because I guess some people have fall risk! Tbh wanted to stay for longer but can’t wait for my next appointment. I wish someone was there to talk to you tho cause I had so much to say while on it hahahaa. They only did checkups every 5-10min.”

“I was really nervous about this, I'm a bit of a control freak and the first IM shot in the first session initially freaked me out, BUT, the staff was amazing and the second half (they break the dose into two shots 15-20min apart) I was able to relax. *[I also noticed reviews about hearing through the doors- they have fixed that since. There are white noise machines that work great for privacy.] My next session was much easier as I knew what to expect. They had nausea med on hand for me before each session (as I know I get seasick), and recommended I bring an eyemask and earbuds w a non-vocals playlist of music - which I also highly recommend to others. Staff has been great about all my questions and are always available via call button if you need grounding or are nauseous (which I never got thanks to the initial med). Scheduling was pretty easy and straightforward, and I'm looking forward to future sessions. Highly recommend for anyone 'on the fence' about it. Do be your own self-advocate, don't be afraid to ask questions and share any concerns, and if you want bring someone to sit with you the first session (but know that the staff really is amazing and is always available and check in on you without disruption). :)”
