“This office blows bags. They only care about the money sucked out of your pocket. The messages in the portal go ignored, forcing you to call the office for any questions about medicine. Unfortunately that phone call would have you charged the money of a whole appointment, according to the front desk. Why should I or any patient be charged a whole appointment when it can easily be solved with a message in the portal? That's what the portal is for right? Every other office checks their messages so this one can't i suppose.”
