What patients say on Google

“If I could rate 0 stars I would. Please do yourself a service ans try somewhere else. This was my experience - started out great - called and easily made an appt as a new patient. Scheduled a 1 hour intake with Deon. Got a text message on Monday confirming my appointment for 4pm. Received a phone call around 11ish saying that Deon would be out sick and that they needed to reschedule. Ok cool. It happens. Rescheduled for Friday. Friday comes around and I get on the telehealth zoom appt. No Deon. For a half hour. I call the office and they said they would call him. He did get on this call. And thats also when I found out that he had been with the practice for 3 days (ummm.. ok) Went through an hour long intake about everything medical. Talked for maybe 15 minutes about the actual meds before he said he would prescribe a new med. Wanted to see me 1 week later for a med check check to discuss meds further. Im currently on vacation, but I decided to take the appointment anyway. I worked my vacation around this appointment. Got on today at 430 and he was again a no show. I called the office to see if they could notify him again and was told that they couldn't get ahold of him so I would have to reschedule. They did offer me an appointment for next day (tomorrow) at 915, which would be with a new provider and would have to do the hour long intake again. Im supposed to be driving home tomorrow so i declined that appointment. I will not return to this practice. I dont know if this is an isolated incident, but thats enough to tell me that this isn't a reliable practice. Do better.”

“Spravato treatment has been amazing. The person who runs the group is professional, kind, caring, patient, and truly everything you could need from a provider during your treatment experience. The person who helps with the onboarding process also made sure that getting into treatment was a smooth process. She is very proficient, supportive, and helpful throughout the experience. Thank you to everyone at CBHA for all of your help. I’ve had a very positive experience throughout my treatment and beyond.”

“The staff is very knowledgeable, kind, and attentive - once you get to speak to someone. Sadly, though, getting a staff member on the phone is nearly impossible; even the front desk staff don't answer or respond to voicemails. I'm sure some rationale will follow this review; however, this has been a consistent problem as long as I've been involved with CBHA. Others I know have experienced the same. More staff or more efficient staff is needed to handle the phones given that the current staff cannot handle the load.”

“Dr. Audrey Allan and Dr. Michael Tirinzoni are both the best! I see Audrey and my son sees Michael. This office employs practitioners who have a wide breadth of knowledge but are also so down-to-earth, helpful, and kind. And on the rare occasion that I do have a tiny issue such as pharmacy miscommunication or scheduling hiccups, the office manager Karen takes care of it immediately and efficiently. Thank you guys!”
