“I had a handful of appointments with Cymande. At first, I thought she was kind and helpful - how she should be considering she chose this profession. I made an appt that I ultimately decided to cancel in a timely fashion. I would message her asking for refills for my medication that worked really great for me. She wrote to me one day sounding very annoyed, stating i needed to make an appt if I wanted refills . This was news to me as she was treating me with no issue sending in refills for an entire year. So I made the appt like she asked. The day of the appt I mistakenly thought it was for 5:30, instead of 5. I checked in online , paid my copayment , and waited. I realized the appt was for 5. When I tried to reschedule I was informed that she terminated my care with her bc of that. How insane ?!? Zero warning , just terminated . Terrible patient care! This woman has two personalities . I personally would NOT recommend.”

“I do not recommend Cymande Baxter-Rogers. I met with her a total of 3 times. Our last interaction was very upsetting to say the least and I decided she was not going to be a good fit for me. She has a coldness about her. Our last visit in particular she was smug, condescending, and continously repeated herself on something we had already discussed and made a plan for. I decided I did not trust her plan of care and told her I wouldn't be moving forward with her. She asked me to interpret medical results that a patient wouldn't know how to do. She also told me that she didn't believe I wanted solutions when all I was looking for were solutions. She was unable give me examples when I asked her what she meant. Do yourself a favor and see someone else. Someone who cares about their patients.”
