“my experiences with their providers were fine, until my primary psychiatrist left for another company. suddenly, they can't refill my meds anymore. they told me to try to get my PCP to do it, but my insurance just changed which means my PCP just changed, so they want me to go ask a doctor I've never met before for powerful psychiatric medications. that's assuming I can get an appointment before I run out. they talk a big game about support and aftercare when they're trying to get you to sign up, but as soon as you need any of that, it's a giant middle finger.”
