“Dr. Hernandez is great. However, it has been very difficult to get in touch with the front desk. Voicemails are not returned, and appointments requested through the portal are not confirmed, so you end up having to call repeatedly and hope someone eventually answers.”

They are always willing to go the extra mile for their patients, making appointments available in a variety of formats, keeping the process of getting prescription refills less stressful, and even handling unusual requests like when my son needed documentation for a drug test associated with a job application. “I have been working w Carol and Dr Hernandez for a couple years now. Both are incredible and supportive. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. I’ve seen other providers when they were out and for the most part they’ve been good! (Except a Dr i had a few years ago before Dr Hernandez came.) this place is great and they will do anything for their patients. Sometimes the online scheduling and other tools don’t work but it’s still better then going to a big place where you’re just a number and they don’t care or you have to press 100 buttons to talk to someone.”
