“Called to schedule an appointment a couple days before Thanksgiving! The office sent me intake forms, I filled those out and was told by the office they’d call me the following Monday to schedule an appointment. They never called, so I reached out that Thursday to schedule an appointment. They started to schedule my appointment then told me they are actually not accepting anymore patients! I am now two days away of going without my medication BECAUSE this office failed me. They not only made me wait they also TOOK MY TIME FROM ME. Im a veteran, which just adds to the fact this office does not truly desire to give care. Highly recommend everyone to STAY AWAY from this office.”
