“Been a patient of dr aking for 16 years, I left for about 4 years due to front office staff after speaking to dr aking, he assured me the front staff was better now and i returned when he opened this office in avondale, I had to shut my business down during covid and was placed on medicaid, since ce starting my business back up summer of 2026 and becoming self pay again, when im out of town they refuse to bill me and let me pay when I return in which dr aking has done numerous times at his past office locations, mainly Silvia has canceled my appts n asked me to give her my cc number over the phone to pay for my visit and I refused, she then has stated they will not call in any prescriptions that I need until im seen, im type 2 diabetic and im out of medicine and she told me to go to urgent care if I need prescriptions, this is not a way to handle a 16 year patient. I told her I would find another provider and will before I ever return here, so im just warning peopke if uou need a good dr road aking is a good dr but his staff and how they treat patients are very crappy. I will never be a patient at this practice again .”
