Each one of them have been more kind and helpful then any medical professionals I’ve ever experienced. One thing that stands out most is how understanding and accommodating they are. They have always been willing to work with me when adjustments need to be made, and they handle every situation with compassion and professionalism. They never make me feel judged or rushed. Instead, they take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and help me find solutions. It’s rare to find a place where you feel truly supported by both your healthcare providers and the administrative staff, but this office consistently goes above and beyond. “I have been working with Dr. Koenig for at least 18 months. She is known to be phenomenal at addiction medicine, but her talents don't end there. I see her for trauma/mental health issues and her help has been top notch all the way. I've spent about 26 weeks in Triangle's Intensive Out Patient program and regard the group room as one of the safest, most comfortable places I have been in my healing journey.
