“Just trying to make an appointment made my mental health worse. After they confirmed an in person Appointment for me for this Friday they then he just casually emailed me telling me that that appointment wasn’t availabe in person. After making it very clean I can only do in person they only scheduled me appointments via telahelth after over and over again specially asking for in person. They just canceled my appointment making feel completely hopeless to get help you can even talk to someone on the phone to fix your appointment Edit:The next morning I finally got a call bak. But it was just to me I need to take my review down..”

“Tried to get help through a referral from my doctor and they declined me. I would understand but maybe meet with me to help find other resources or was able to help with some testing but they didn’t even do that. I don’t recommend because I don’t know a mental health place that declines people with mental health?”

“Over the last 8-10 months me and Dr. Lessman has been doing Ketamine Infusion therapy, and as happy as I am that the time has come, I'm also very sad that I might have had my last appointment this week due to the overwhelming success of the treatments. I have never felt more supported and assisted by any group of therapists and doctors until I found this spot. Dr. Lessman gave me my life back. I was shocked at the amount of improvement the treatments were making each week, noticing massive changes in my outlook and demeanor after each, and post initial 6-8 weeks of sessions I finally felt whole again. That was impressed me the most, is that there was never a pressure of needing to do something or think a certain way. He always knew how to make you think and come to the best answer for yourself. This is something I'd never experienced in any form of therapy over the last 12 years. Resolutions in therapy are very specific to each individual, and it's clear that the goal of Lessman is to fine the proper and most successful resolution, not force one down your throat. As I said before, I'm very sad that my treatments have possibly ended for good simply because it might be awhile before I bump into the staff here out in the wild. But I will never be able to repay what this place and Dr. Lessman did for me, and I know if anything ever changes they'll be right there in my corner to pick me back up. It feels so good to be living again, thank you for that gift all of you. 💚”
