What patients say on Google
“I have been getting help from both their psychologist and psychiatrist for a few years now. I’ve always been happy with my sessions including prescriptions for mood stabilizers. I had a life altering physical accident a year ago and they jumped to the challenge of helping me get through it mentally. I mean, it was bad. But now I’m actually in a good place despite me still being physically compromised.”
“While I have had a positive experience with my provider at The Aleph Center, my interactions with the front office staff—specifically Shawna—have been consistently negative. I try to approach all healthcare interactions with understanding, especially knowing how demanding these roles can be. However, I have repeatedly encountered a condescending and dismissive tone when asking basic questions about billing, the patient portal, and general office procedures. These interactions have felt unhelpful and, at times, unnecessarily rude. Unfortunately, these ongoing experiences have reached a point where I no longer feel comfortable continuing care at this practice, despite having a good relationship with my provider. It is disappointing that administrative interactions have outweighed the quality of care I received clinically. In a mental health setting, professionalism, clear communication, and basic kindness should extend to all staff members, as these interactions directly impact patient comfort and trust. I sincerely hope the office takes this feedback seriously and considers additional training in customer service and patient communication for front office staff.”
“Drs. Goeta-Kreisler, Wiegand and Reardon are incredible physicians. They have such big hearts for their patients and apply their wealth of knowledge towards making their lives better. Their staff are also incredibly personable and respectful, truly an amazing establishment.”
“While I appreciate the professionalism of the provider, I encountered significant challenges with the office management. The billing process has been quite frustrating, and my interactions with the office manager were disappointing. I found her demeanor to be rude and unhelpful, which made it difficult to resolve my concerns effectively. It felt as though my concerns were not being heard, as she repeatedly misrepresented my statements. This lack of active listening is concerning, especially in a setting that aims to support mental health. One would hope that a mental health provider would employ individuals who foster a supportive environment rather than exacerbate existing issues. Furthermore, when I requested to speak with someone in a higher position, my request was denied. As a result, I feel compelled to gather relevant information, including AZDHS details, business licenses, and provider information, in order to reach out to the medical director. I hope that my feedback will be taken seriously and that improvements can be made to enhance customer service and support within your office.”
