I was even able to participate in a group session with my client, the psychiatrist and the outpatient team which was very beneficial as we planned for her discharge. This is HUGE for outpatient providers as it keeps us in the loop with our clients while they are in treatment and makes the transition to outpatient care smoother for both the provider and the client. “SunCloud has helped several of my clients get help. If they could not accept a referral for policy or client reasons, referrals were given no problem. My clients speak well of their residential and other after-care programs. I work with Donna Bartlett frequently and she’s always on top of helping my clients referred, seeing things thru to the end. She’s very knowledgeable on their programs and services, works hard to get someone settled in their programming, is WELL connected in multiple communities and has no issues giving referrals for other clients whose needs I try to fill.
