When I called Lifestance to cancel my upcoming appointment, Sule charged a no show fee for cancellation. I called Lifestance back to dispute the no show fee and they are continuing to enforce this due to Sule stating that she did not do anything to cause me to leave. This is a completely unacceptable way to run a business.”
