“Be careful where you choose to go for cosmetic treatments. After hearing multiple concerns about this medspa using the wrong injectables on patients, I started looking more closely into products I purchased there. I was shocked to find that the expiration date had seemingly been removed from the Jan Marini box, while the date was still visible on the bottle itself, I was able to capture the expiration and see it was very expired after purchasing only a few months ago. There are also serious concerns about patients being sold premium fillers or neurotoxins but allegedly injected with cheaper alternatives instead. If true, that is incredibly unethical and dangerous. It’s scary knowing some providers may prioritize profit over patient safety. Please do your research, ask to see product packaging and expiration dates, and make sure you’re going somewhere reputable. Your face and health are not worth the risk.”

“This review is long overdue, as I have been going to Signature for at least four plus years now. I first found them via a Google search, when I was new to the area. It’s very hard to find a reputable place when you’re new to an area, and don’t know anyone to ask for a referral. The reason Signature stood out to me is because I got an immediate response, via text. And, to my surprise, it was actually the owner of Signature Skin Care, Dr. Gina Ressler. That alone made me feel more comfortable as there seems to be so many corporate chain “Med Spas”. Many “Med Spa Chains” don’t offer upfront personal contact without being forced to be on an email mailing list or texting list first. In my “tenure” and going to Signature, especially Dr. Gina Ressler and Dr. Larry Ressler, both have been incredible in their treatment plans. Dr. Gina is the only Dr. I have had who actually walks me through my lab work, each and every time, With complete and patient layman details about each result is, and what that means to your body/system. I’ve been going to doctors for decades for thyroid treatment/s, and I’ve never had a physician take such care to explain lab work to me. Much less on an ongoing basis, every time. SSC also follows up personally after every treatment. Doctors that personally follow up with you, as a person, not just a transaction, to ask how you’re feeling, ask about the healing, ask about results and if you have any questions. I used to travel extensively for work, and the SSC staff were always incredibly accommodating, in working around my schedule, helping me keep on schedule as much as possible for routine treatments. Quite frankly, it wouldn’t matter what their office looks like based on their service and attention to their customers. However, their offices are incredibly warm, welcoming, and beautiful. You don’t feel as if you’re in a doctors’s office. You feel as if you’re in a wonderfully warmly decorated home setting. SSC goes to the Nth degree to make sure that you feel completely comfortable and relaxed no matter what service you’re having done. Medical or aesthetic, I’ve heard other guests in the lobby, saying the same thing… How wonderful Signature Skin Care treats all of their clients. I am lucky and very happy to be one of their patients.”
