“I would recommend Joseph Gibbs to anyone who is needing mental health support. He is caring and efficient with his treatment. He listens to the patient and ensures your needs are being met. Truly a delight. He is so patient and one of the best mental health professionals I’ve worked with. However there’s a Dr. Samaan at this practice I could not recommend to run further away from. He had a two hour intake appointment with me when I first came to this practice, he seemed to be in another place mentally during the entire call. He would ask me a question and then repeat back to me what he understood and it would be comically different. ( I’m the youngest of four with two older sisters-“oh so you’re the oldest of three with two younger brothers” as an example) Anywho the office is kind, there are sometimes delays getting my link for my appointments, but it’s worth it for the care I receive from Joseph and the care the office does extend when I need to speak with them.”

“I have been a patient here for almost 5 years. The staff are welcoming and flexible with scheduling. The secretary Destiny is AMAZING! She’s the heart of the office. She knows every patient personally and their stories. Her genuine, compassion and empathy are Immeasurable. She goes out of her way to make every patient feel special and cared for. Furthermore, she knows everything about everything, I don’t see how the office would run without her there”

“Dr. John Samaan is a horrible DR. He will not give you the time of day to get any of your problems or concerns out of your mouth by just cutting you off as if he has something better to do, yes I understand he has other patients but that's what scheduling is for. Also good luck if you have a Zoom Appointment with him at a certain time, there's a possibility that you won't get that meeting until hours after your scheduled time. Very selfish and self centered man. There is no way he cares about his patients one bit. All he cares about is his insurance checks and cash payments and then out the door he goes to carry on with whatever it may be just besides helping and caring for his patients.”
