“I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING! We called, did a phone interview, was told to come on our day off, which happened to be memorial Day. We drove 4 1/2 hours, did a 2 1/2 hour intake appointment, only to be told no they would not take our son. Mind you he was a willing participant to come get help. He begged to come to get help. Even before coming were told they could handle his diagnosis. This is negligent , harmful, and very wasteful for families.”

“6 months sober and yall were right life truly does get better :) I came all the way from St. Louis and I felt nothing but love as soon as I walked in the doors. My first time in rehab and 4 hours from home the anxiety was real. Justin, Madison & Alexander truly gave me so many words of encouragement and life advice I will forever hold close to my heart. When I wanted to turn around and walk out those doors and they reminded me it was important to be comfortable in uncomfortable situations because that’s how I would grow. My counselor Angela was also amazing. She made me feel like she was my best friend and connected with me and made sure I truly felt seen. she didn’t seem to try to hard to do that either, it was just naturally done of her. All the workers there made sobriety look so cool. I will forever thank rosecrance for giving me my life back :)”

“Horrible my husband was doing great sober doing what he needed to do...until one particular staff took him under her wing took advantage of the situation started buying him food vapes gym shoes clothes ect when he got transferred to the sober living she started giving him money giving him her vehicle to drive not only did she do that but knowing he was in recovery and weak minded she supplied him with money to go feed his demons ..I reported the situation and nothing was done completely ignore until it was to late. So much for professional staff whole system is corrupt”
