“They have charged me a little over $340 for appointments that I’ve tried canceling. I called and left a message letting them know I don’t need their services. No one is returning my calls but they have no problem taking my money. I’m still getting charged even without authorization. I haven’t even set foot inside their facility nor did I agree on anything being charged. They didn’t mention anything about cancellation fees or anything! Crooks, I’m beyond pissed and I want my money back.”

“I see a nurse practitioner in Freeport every three months for medication management. They are on their third nurse practitioner in two yrs. Everytime one leaves or goes on vacation I don’t get my medication refilled. The continuity of care is horrible. I’ve really never seen anything like it, and I worked in healthcare for 25 yrs.
