What patients say on Google
“I can’t say enough good things about this office. Everyone here is incredibly kind, welcoming, and truly takes the time to listen to your needs and concerns. From the moment I walked in, I felt supported and cared for. I was honestly a little scared of ketamine before starting treatment, but the team took the time to explain everything in a way that really helped me understand the process and feel comfortable moving forward. Their compassion and professionalism made such a big difference. It also helps the rooms and their playlists really make you feel so comfortable and calm. Since starting ketamine therapy, my life has done a complete 180. The positive changes have been so noticeable that even my therapists and the people in my life have commented on how much I’ve grown. It has helped me access and actually use the tools I’ve learned in therapy to face my trauma and begin truly processing it. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I’ve received here and would highly recommend them to anyone who is struggling and looking for real support and healing.”
“The treatments I’ve received at Rose NeuroSpa have made such a positive impact on my life! I’m so thankful I was referred to them. The staff is wonderful, they’re compassionate, kind, extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I can’t recommend them enough!”
“This is a very special place staffed by a very special team of experts. I have been shown nothing but kindness and understanding in my experiences here; especially at my low points. Katie and Emily are incredibly passionate about what they do and the services and supports they provide. Each has taken the time to get to know me on a personal level and shown time and time again through their actions that they care about my healing and integration. As for the treatments I have been receiving intramuscular ketamine injections and I cannot recommend them enough. I have CPTSD from trauma during my very early childhood and into my young adult life. I also have struggled heavily with passive and active suicidal ideation since childhood. The treatment has allowed for the space within my Self for multiple truths as well as helping reframe my own perspectives on the past and events that occurred in childhood. Ketamine itself is not the cure, though. It is a tool that must be used wisely and consciously to work. Integration and taking full advantage of the neuroplasticity the ketamine provides is incredibly important to the process. Thankfully the team here are all incredibly patient and kind and helpful in this regard. Katie has helped me get into the right mindset and determine exactly what to ask the medicine for many times, as well as talking with me at length after sessions in order to make sense of new realizations/paradigm shifts/symbology that occurs during my experience. It is absolutely not set up so that they give you a mind-altering substance and then kick you to the curb. You have plenty of time to reorient your Self and get your legs back under you before you leave. My insurance covers most of the treatment; I pay fifty dollars out of pocket per session. If you are struggling and have tried seemingly everything else, you owe it to yourself to call and at least get a consultation. This genuinely could be the catalyst you needed to create meaningful change within your Self”
“I am a former patient of this clinic. I have filed a state report against clinical director Jamie Tunis and will be filing a state report against therapist Jordan Ryan. COO Karla Tartz self-admits that she does not know anything about the medical industry and self-admits that she knows nothing about professional mental health care. There is no question that CEO John Tartz is equally ignorant about the type of business that they run. The road to hell is paved with good intentions. Jordan was upset by an email I sent him late at night. His reaction was to cancel all of my appointments until I completed a psychological evaluation, clearly for concerns about violence. He referred me to Jamie Tunis who did NOT evaluate any risk in my situation- instead, she fabricated an entire psychological evaluation of me using AI and tried to pass it off as her own work. When she presented this to me, there was even a graduate student in the room trying to learn from her! Karla was sent in for damage control. She would be a wonderful PTA mom- she should not be doing damage control for a medical health clinic that provides powerful psychedelics to mentally ill individuals. It all went downhill from there. Karla made excuses for both Jordan and Jamie. John didn't have anything to say about my complaints about his clinic and providers- but he was quick to jump in to say "have you ever filed a state report before? Do you know how much work that is?" So John- just because I am mentally ill does not mean that I am not motivated to do the right thing when I am faced with unacceptable behavior from an entire business that focuses on such an incredibly delicate issue. John did not honor his daughter when he spoke to me. I am also looking into lawyers to take legal action against the clinic. This is because none of the aforementioned four individuals have apologized for anything, recognize their wrongdoing, or could even tell me that they have new protocol in place to avoid the legal patient abandonment that they have done to me. I have asked them for 4 months the same thing, I have told them that all I am looking for is "we will handle this better in the future." They can't even say that. They're clinical directors sitting me down with an AI generated psychological evaluation and the COO (who admits they know nothing about the medical industry) tried to justify this as industry normal is completely discrediting to this company, unfortunately. I believe there is a lot of potential in ketamine therapy. But it MUST be done responsibly by responsible medical providers. These two providers have been very irresponsible in my situation. All that I hope is that no one else goes through what I experienced with Rose NeuroSpa. Rose NeuroSpa- please inform your staff that I have indeed filed against Jamie and intend to file against Jordan as long as he is unwilling to tell me that he will handle a situation like mine better in the future. The front desk employees are great. Katie, the medical director is awesome. Brandon Sklar, the medical director is the reason that I was recommended to this clinic. I am patient of a former coworker of his at Denver Health she recommended me to this clinic because of the faith she had in him individually. He was entirely absent in all of the communication about the mishandling of my situation. Brandon- sometimes silence is guilt.”
