“I suffer from a few chronic conditions and have seen docs all over the country. This is one of the best practices I’ve ever been to and I am so excited to have them as my PCP. I see both Dr Fry and Dr James and what a fantastic duo. Both of them actively listen and demonstrate that they genuinely care about your experience and how they can help improve your overall experience in life. They demonstrate empathy, compassion and curiosity. I have NEVER felt rushed or dismissed in their office. In fact when j schedule follow ups they ask if i need a 3@ min, 45 min or hour slot. So I know I have all the time I need. It is such a respectful scheduling model. I rarely wait more than 2 min after my appointment time - usually it’s right on time or a couple minutes early I feel like when I ask a question or make a suggestion of something I may be worried about or want to consider for treatment it is met with respect and given legitimate consideration and discussion. I don’t have ti advocate for myself there because their partnership in my care inherently involves me and my goals without judgement. The office staff is super kind even when I’m asking about my appointment time that I forgot for the 4th time after I declined a reminder card - there is no judgement. They deal with all of my insurance drama and keep me informed along the way if there are issues The ONLY thing I don’t absolutely love about this office is their technology. Their chart/patient access portal/app really sucks. But if that is inconvenience is 100% worth the personalized care and genuine partnership in my health and well being I get from this office.”

“I cannot say enough positive things about this clinic. If you are looking for a new PCP or psychiatrist, THIS is the place you want to try. From their reception staff to their physicians and EVERYONE in between, you are met with nothing but kindness, compassion, and top-tier medical care (shoutout to Christie, Reba, and Kayla, for being super communicative whenever there was some kind of nonsense insurance issue so we could handle it before my appointments). As someone who has seen psychiatry for over 16 years, I can honestly say Dr. James is the most intuitive, genuine, evidence-based practitioner I’ve ever been treated by — and Dr. Fry is one of those providers who hears everything you have to say, never makes you feel rushed, and always tries to see the bigger picture of your health. They both make sure I am an active participant in my healthcare and that is something really hard to find. I’ve referred numerous friends to this clinic and they all come back with the same fantastic experience. Highly recommend this office!”
