“I dont even know how to start my review, as I can't express my gratitude enough for the extensive care I've received here. For more than half of my life I have suffered with depression, PTSD, OCD, ADHD and epilepsy. (I'm basically perfect other than being a complete wreck) I tried many medications that lacked the true help I needed to improve my quality of life. My incredible doctor, Mandy Fitzgerald, poured her heart into educating me on further treatment options available because I want to try anything to feel better, especially for my 3 kids. I truly believe she has saved my life. Not only do I adore Mandy, each staff member is extremely compassionate and has treated me with so much love and kindness. I recently completed TMS treatment where I spent about 6 hours for 3 days with my technician, Jim. That man is an absolute joy and has a heart made of gold. I'm very lucky he was the one to get me through the process. For the first time in as long as I can remember, I know that I WILL be ok. I could say more wonderful things about the staff. They really are such an amazing team together. I hope they know the impact they have on those who need that kind of love and support. No idea why there isn't a 10 star option here, but that's my real answer...”

“This company ALWAYS goes above and beyond. Been seeing them for four years. The staff is always helpful and compassionate. My insurance company, United, is giving me issues. Alondra has been coordinating and pushing the process. I have not had to fight United. Redemption is doing is all on my behalf. Never seen a practice work this hard behind the scenes. Lastly, there is enough contact so patients do not get confused and know what they need to do without becoming overwhelmed. All of the staff are professional, patient, kind, and truly happy! Today, Keanna put my son at ease making him laugh while getting his vitals. At the end of our appointment, Danielle took the time to find a date and time that worked best for us for our next visit. “I can't say enough about how far above & beyond Jasmine C. & the entire billing staff have gone to help me with issues with my Insurance. Jasmine conducted a conference call with BCBS & myself to ascertain that my provider was in-network, along with Redemption. It has been a week of calls back & forth daily to discuss coverage, among other billing issues!! Each member of the billing team has been extremely helpful on the phone & through texting, while they waited for answers from other staff members. When the answers didn't emerge, Jasmine was most helpful, following up late on a Friday afternoon, right before closing time, to ensure that l had coverage to see my provider early on Monday morning!! I can't thank Jasmine enough for her determination and dedication to patient assistance.
