Those two have been life savers for me in more ways than one, and I have always felt their support and care in every interaction I’ve had here. “I'm giving Redemption two stars because all the staff I interacted with were professional and kind. Additionally, they did six IV ketamine sessions along with TMS free of charge. Unfortunately I can't give them more than two stars - and they're lucky to get even that - because the treatments didn't help. Not at all. In fact, I feel my anxiety has worsened as a result of TMS and my depression remains as deep as ever. At a follow-up appointment a few weeks or maybe a month after all the treatments had concluded, my doctor told me his hands were tied, there was nothing more the practice could do for me, and I'd basically just have to find a way to live with my major depression 🤷‍♂️. He made a few suggestions regarding diet and exercise... as if in 26 years battling this illness, no one had thought of that. I wish I could be more positive but that's how it went down. It isn't my fault I'm highly treatment resistant.”
