“It seems the dr doesn’t care that much. The dr asked ME, what he could do for me; if he was a specialist, the dr would tell ME what HE could do to help me. He makes no attempt to even try to help control my pain. I have to suggest/ask for the specific injections, or PT, that I need. Why am I the one that has to come up with the treatment plan?! He does not have enough experience with neurological disorders, or any systemic disorders. All he wants to do are epidurals, and I can’t get epidurals. & the other problems I do have he doesn’t even know how to treat,/he told me he does not treat them at all. I’ve never seen a pain management specialist that doesn’t treat all of my conditions. This one is focused on JUST neck & back. So if you have a problem with excruciating pain in any other part of the body, you’re out of luck. It’s unfortunate, some of the physicians in this practice don’t have as much experience, or sympathy. I know there are other dr’s here that are better, though, like Dr. Freeman. I, also, called ahead of time to make sure check the doctor was running on time, and I was told he was. I explained I can’t sit in their waiting room chairs, nor stand long. I was told I would be seen on time. of course that did not happen. 45 minutes later I finally saw the doctor, whom never apologizes; & stated, they shouldn’t have told me that I would be in on time. No respect for other people’s time, or Pain.”
