“DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!! ZERO STARS DESERVED This dr was recommended to me by my daughters Therapist. I set up an appointment and they said for the first visit it would be a bit of a wait because you HAVE to see Dr Naryan but that after the first appointment we could see another dr going forward. I also needed to arrive early to fill out paper work because the portal may or may not work for me. I came in thinking we would be waiting 30-45 minutes past the appointment. I got here 30 minutes early to fill out the paper work. We waited to 1 hour 10 minutes PAST our appointment time when my daughter started getting a nose bleed because she was getting stressed. I asked how much longer it would be and they said that this dr ONLY sees crisis patients so he gets behind and its ALWAYS an hour or more wait PASSED your appointment time. Then they said it would be ANOTHER 45 minutes at least. Needless to say we left and WILL NOT be using this place and i WILL be telling her therapist to STOP recommending this place!!!! Waiting 2+ hour’s AFTER appointment times when you cant be more than 15 minutes late is actually insane. I left my job early to make sure i respected the Drs time and apparently this Dr has ZERO respect for his patients time or their parents. The office lady wasn’t rude and was actually quite pleasant but yeah absolutely AVOID unless you like wasting your time.”

“So the front desk is completely incompetent. I had an 1145 appointment today telehealth did they take responsibility no, they blamed it on the Therapist their name Francis, who is a great guy and I know put it in the computer. This involves refills of my medication and a biweekly checkup because I am detoxing from some medication. The front desk did not act like they cared. All they did was simply transferred me to a nurse. I am looking into probably finding a new place because the front desk is constantly telling me I owe money when I go there when my deductible has been met and then they do not take accountability for anything that they do wrong like I said they just blame it on the Doctor.”

“Me and my husband have been coming here for three years and haven't had any issues with staff or procedures. We had to do extensive research on finding this place due to our insurance. It's been a very easy in and out process of getting medication, and the staff are quick with all the proceedings. Our psychiatrist Dr. Michael Tsovko is lenient on what to try and is open to change medication when given feedback. He is also incredibly patient and is efficient at understanding lifestyle patterns. So far it's impacted mine and my husband's life in a good way and has helped me regulate daily tasks. A straight forward clinic that has fast, simple tests that gets you what you need. :)”

“They consistently cancel or just lose your scheduled appointments without notice. Office staff is very uncaring. However Jennifer Brown is very caring and treats her patients well. If they can fix the constant appointment issues they would be great.”
