“Hi all, I want to start by saying that I had a very positive experience when I was seeing Mohammed as my psychiatrist. From the first appointment, he made me feel comfortable and was able to help me open up easily. He had a very calm and reassuring presence, and I truly appreciated the care he provided. Unfortunately, he unexpectedly left the practice, which was extremely disappointing. After that, I was assigned to Youn Redondo. Initially, I did not have any issues, but over time my experience became very frustrating. I was ultimately discharged from the practice due to occasionally rescheduling appointments. I work three jobs while also attending school full-time, so my schedule can be demanding. Instead of showing patience or compassion toward that situation, I felt I was dismissed without consideration for my circumstances. Because of this decision, I am now forced to find a new psychiatrist, which has created additional stress and complications that could have been avoided. In my opinion, this situation reflects very poorly on the practice. My experience with her was unprofessional and unnecessarily dismissive, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOUN REDONDO EVEN ON MY WORST ENEMY and will be switching to a new provider immediately.”

“I am extremely disappointed with the way this office handled my situation. I requested my billing/payment records over 3 weeks ago and was repeatedly ignored, given excuses, and told someone would call me back — yet no one ever did. However, when it comes to collecting payment, they contact you immediately. What makes this even worse is that after expressing how important these records were and explaining my mental stress surrounding the situation, I was then told I may be dropped as a patient instead of receiving help or professionalism. Communication was hidden behind text messages instead of a proper phone call, and there was absolutely no compassion or urgency shown. Patients deserve respect, transparency, and timely access to their own records. This experience felt dismissive, unprofessional, and incredibly upsetting. I would not recommend this office based on how poorly this situation was handled. Not recommended!”
