“Nothing to do with the providers but the management and billing is a sham. Suddenly, they decided to stop billing my insurance. There was no interruption in my coverage. These guys require a card on file but neglect to tell you they might play this game. I have verified they are in network, have and have always had my insurance, can see where they billed it just fine before But suddenly and without warning or explanation, they are billing me as a self pay patient. No warning. Just swiped my card for nearly 500 dollars, more than once! Feels pretty surreptitious to me. I will be letting my insurance know and determining if they have violated any terms of that agreement. I miss when this wasn’t a Private equity owned business that squeezes every ounce of integrity out of every avenue without a moral or ethic in sight.”
