“I regret choosing to trust this place with my mental health. My insurance isn’t the best and they were more than happy to charge the insurance price to get more than to explain they have an out of pocket rate. At first I asked how much it would be and they explained they’d have to send it to my insurance. That was fair. That made sense. They never told me the amount after and I had another appointment the next week. Got charged again without any word. I didn’t get an amount until I got an email receipt a week or two later that it was $250 a session. I immediately canceled any further appointments. Then realized the out of pocket rate was definitely cheaper. Then, I had to have an appointment to get a refill of my medications. I asked them in advance to please charge me the out of pocket rate if it was cheaper. My appointment with a psychiatrist ended up being a nurse practitioner that told me to quit cold turkey the only medicine that was actively helping me. I ended up being charged over $300 for that. I went somewhere else to actually discuss what could help me. That was an additional cost but definitely worth it. Please do not go here. They got me for about $1,000 for three appointments and never once cared. They are in it for the profit- not the benefit of the patients seeking help with mental health.”

“My experience was much better than I anticipated. Ms. Evans made me feel very comfortable, as this is my first time ever going to a therapist. She was not judgmental and was also very attentive. I was pleasantly surprised at how much detail she remembered about my life by just listening to me after letting me just talk for roughly half the session. So far, it seems like I made a great choice selecting this establishment.”

“Aiden is the absolute best provider I have ever seen. I was in such a bad place when I started seeing Aiden and he was just so patient to get me in a better place. I got so comfortable. I would literally tell him everything. He made sure that my medication doses were correct and I am so sad that he is out on deployment. I hope when he comes back, I can schedule with him. I would recommend him to everyone.”
