“I was very relieved when visiting their office. I meet with Katie Williams, she is very attentive and cares about you and what she does. She helped me understand what is happening to me and what is going on mentally. I had a sense of peace and calmness after talking to her and understanding. I look forward to my next few visits. She made me feel comfortable enough to finally get everything out I have been hiding from and packing into a corner. I would most definitely recommend her, as someone did for me.”

“I would avoid Geode Health if at all possible. I ran into a glitch with my insurance and had to put my appointments with them on hold. I called the Athens office multiple times, and every time you call it takes about 5 minutes of musical hold and an AI system to leave a message, and if you do leave a message they might not call you back. I left messages, and no one called me back, and finally got a receptionist. I asked her to cancel all upcoming appointments until I sorted out my heists insurance. She didn’t cancel them and they billed me a $75 fee, which I disputed and lost. It’s corporate healthcare in a nutshell.”
