“I’ve been seeing my provider for 5 years and the front desk and my different providers, throughout the years, have always been super accommodating, understanding, with fast refills! They have helped me tremendously with lowering medication, upon request and changing medication based on my symptoms. The best psychiatric clinic i’ve ever had. I couldn’t recommend Progeny Psychiatric Clinic more!”

“Do want to preface this by saying I recently got discharged because I did miss some appointments. It's been a stressful year, however this was my own fault/carelessness not Progeny's. That being said, I do want to give my NP, Tiffany Tran, the best possible review I can give. In 2022, I was going through a hard situation and she prescribed me w medication that I absolutely needed but was having great difficulty getting prescribed. I would say the meds and advice she gave me quite literally saved my life/mental health, and since then I was able to uplift myself from the most difficult period of my adult life due to her help. Earlier this year I fell into tough times again, however she kept giving me medical advice that has honestly been eye-opening, and I am absolutely confident that with this advice, I will get through this period as well. Progeny did say after a year, I can come back but I will most likely be out of state by then. That being said, I 100% recomend Tiffany Tran if you need help with your mental health issues and need medication for it. She's very personable, knowledgable, and I can say with absolute confidence she will change your life just like she changed mine. If you're a younger Asian American millenial/gen-z, she is an especially perfect fit for our demographic. 5/5 stars without a doubt. When I return to California, I will be going to her for all my mental health needs.”

“This review is specifically for Dr. Jayson Jun at the Anaheim hills location.... Jason really puts the cliche about the cold Psychiatrist to shame. On every encounter we have had with him, he is condescending and dismissive. Getting basic directions from him is like pulling teeth. It's obvious this job is beneath him, it shows!!!”

“Doctors are decent, front office staff is friendly but beyond that good luck getting any real help if something with your billing goes wrong. I met my deductible very early on in this year yet progeny psych kept billing my card on file for over 500$. I have called numerous times to get this resolved and I hear nothing from them. I understand finding a psychiatrist can be hard but I highly recommend you go somewhere else. This place will rip you off and then make no effort to resolve the situation”
