“Literally the most unorganized medical office I have ever experienced in my life. First off the therapist seemed to have trouble staying awake and is convinced a tsp of olive oil would make all the trauma disappear. I also had been on the spravato program for a few months and that is a complete nightmare you have to sit in a room with 4 other people with constant distractions, people coming in and out constantly being extra loud and could never seem to find out a normal schedule and when I talked with the Hannah the NP she automatically switched my medication instead of slowly lowering the dosage as recommended by the drug company so I spent time going through withdrawal. I got a call from the pharmacy today two weeks after stopping my treatment because they sent in another refill when I called to ask why I was given multiple unacceptable excuses from Frannie who seems to have a slight anger issue because sitting in the waiting room I have overheard heard her being extremely rude and unprofessional to people”

“Receptionist Brandi called me a racial slur “Sambo” Doctor is taking several days to fill a prescription to make sure he can give it to me while I’m taking another medication as a “separate entity”, when my primary care physician is REQUIRED to give me the other medication anyway? I’ve been on both for 5 years? And I didn’t hear about any of this until calling like 4 times? It’s unfortunate because I have a great therapist here, but this is a terrible practice. I don’t know if I will stay.”
